Course in mental training through Unestål Education.
The course is given as the last step in certification to a licensed mental trainer where MEA is a training program for the development of individuals and organizations based on the basic structure of Mental training. The emphasis is on goals, goal images and motivation as well as on attitudes and quality of life.
The course is given October-December 2024.
